Organic sugar
Organic Essential oils
For the vast majority, our henna tattoos are safe for both kids and adults. However, please look at the ingredients to see if you are allergic to any of them. Store bought henna contains many chemicals and preservatives, that is why we make our own paste. Thus, it is also safe for application on babies and pregnant women. Still not convinced? You can always book for a free patch test with us and decide for yourself.
Typically henna color lasts from 10- 15 days depending on your skin and how much you wash the part where henna is applied. For longevity of henna color, we suggest less washing of the body part where henna is applied and less use of soap.
The original colour of henna stain is orange to brown. The original colour of jagua stain is bluish-black. All other colours are with chemicals and we don't use them. Most of the industrial cones contain PPD- a harmful chemical to stain better. That's why we freshly prepare our own organic ink.
BEFORE
clean your skin and keep it free from dirt, creams and oils before application. We recommend you to shave the area in advance for better results.
DURING
be prepared for some still time and wear comfortable clothes. henna could stain your clothes if not careful until dry.
AFTER
Keep the henna paste on as long as you can manage (6-12hrs) . The longer you let it sit on your skin undisturbed, the better and long lasting Henna stain you'll achieve. Stay warm. This is also important to get a dark stain. Henna will naturally start to flake off after drying. This is normal. After removal, the colour might look dull, but it will darken in the next 48 hrs. Avoid washing your henna stain or any contact with water as long as possible. Preferably up to 24 hours. apply coconut or mustard oil before shower to extend the life of the tattoo and try to avoid soap if possible.
