Henna/ Jagua is a botanical stain, so I will advice my tattoo artist now if I have any of the following

•Sickle cell anemia
• Psoriasis or eczema
• Acne (breakouts)
• Open wounds in tattoo area
• Allergies to plants/fruits and plant based products
• Allergies to our ingredients: henna powder, Jagua powder, lemon juice, essential oils, xanthan gum, cane sugar, black tea
• G6PD
• Other skin conditions

• I am aware that allergies can develop at any time, as with any natural product
• I am aware that results may vary and if smeared, the tattoo paste can stain other things
• The unlawfulness no longer applies due to my unconditional consent.
• Furthermore, I hereby release the tattoo artist from responsibility for any consequences of the tattoo
• The collected data will be stored for processing and will not be shared to third parties. It can be
  revoked at any time by sending an email to us.
